Manage your Zuro account settings and preferences.

Account Settings

Update Profile Information

  1. Go to AccountProfile
  2. Update your name, email, or organization
  3. Click "Save Changes"

Change Password

  1. Go to AccountSecurity
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Email Settings

Update your email address:

  • Change primary email
  • Verify email address
  • Update notification preferences (if available)

Subscription Management

View Current Plan

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. View your current plan and features
  3. See usage statistics

Upgrade or Downgrade

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change

Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Billing

View Invoices

  1. Go to AccountBilling
  2. View and download past invoices
  3. Update payment method

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to AccountBilling
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Data & Privacy

Export Your Data

  1. Go to AccountData
  2. Select export format
  3. Click "Export"
  4. Download when ready

Delete Account

  1. Go to AccountSettings
  2. Scroll to "Danger Zone"
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
